Recently purchased, this home was renovated to embrace the original Georgian style architecture of this large home adding a new glass family room, connecting to a renovated kitchen, as well as a large Master suite with exercise room.

The addition opens to a large Blue Select bluestone terrace, formal garden, and pool.

There are two connected outdoor spaces, including a brick walled outdoor space and fountain. The fountain had been imported from France many years ago and the brick lined crushed stone garden was renovated to reflect a courtyard garden that would have been typical to the architecture of the home, including using many boxwoods.
This spills onto the pool terrace/covered Lanai space. The large 20x50 pool in a classic shape with a bluestone surround, fountain sprays, and 4 raised brick columns with concrete pedestal planters.

The covered lanai has a brick fireplace and refrigeration built in. The back of the home is all glass and the terraced gardens and pool are the sightline from the home.
